The development concept is centered around a feature lake as the heart of the neighborhood. Proposed waterway on the site runs through the middle of the neighborhood that serves not only ecological function but also as a recreational space for people.

The lake also enveloped by commercial corridor providing an active edges on both sides of the central lake. This residential is supported by various amenities including clubhouse, parks and playgrounds. The Creek offers around 10,000 units of residential, 20% of open space as well as more than 200,000 m² of commercial space.
