Dago Park is a new park destination in Bandung offering a new F&B and retail experience, thematic park, a unique staying experience and a place where all visitors can enjoy. This 7.2 Ha development offering a new experience in shopping, dining, and staying with its more than 50% open space enveloping these different functions from retail, F&B and hotel.
The development has a total GFA of 20,158 m² with coverage of 7% and plot ratio of 0.28.

This design is organized in a three different activity areas within clustered loops. Each loop is represented with different programmes which are retail village, hotel and parking facility. These loops become a pedestrian path that connects all the different programmes.
