This master plan comprises of three township with total land area of 120 Ha. The Central Lake, The Downtown and the Central Green. Each township offers a unique neighborhood experience. These three townships are adjacent to each other, connected by a future arterial road that also connects these townships to future high-speed train network connecting Bandung and Jakarta.

The Central Lake concept is centered around a feature lake as the heart of the neighborhood. Existing waterway on the site runs through the middle of the neighborhood within a canal.
The Downtown takes the potential of the transit facility by placing a commercial center along the transit corridor and further pulled into the center of the site. The commercial center offers a pedestrian friendly environment with vibrant retail activities.
The Central Green concept puts the housing cluster around a main district park. The park is complemented by community center
