This Mix Use Superblock comprises of hotel, office, retail and condotel/apartment with total GFA around 52,000 m². The architecture concept derives from the analogy of a crystal. The crystal form creates a dynamic facade and an interesting skyline that breaks the uniform block skyline within the surrounding context.
The retail center in the podium offers an outdoor shopping experience with rich visual and physical experience.
